When you submit your application, you should receive an automated response confirming we've received it. After we’ve reviewed all applications and made a final decision, we’ll be in touch about next steps. Bear with us as we are handling a lot of applications, so this could take a couple weeks. In the meantime, feel free to check out our website and LinkedIn page to learn more about our company culture and goals.

While the process varies, most roles involve a logic and personality test, 2-3 virtual interviews (1 with HR, 1 with the hiring manager, and 1 with a founder), and a reference check. We may invite you to take a work test depending on the role (e.g. if you’re a game artist, we may ask you to take an art test).
It might seem like we have a lot of steps in the process, but remember, it is just as important for you to interview us as it is for us to interview you. So please don’t be hesitant to ask all of your questions and we will do our best to answer them.

At The Gang, English is our company language. It's how we make sure everyone is included and on the same page, so nothing slips through the cracks. You'll be working in English, so think of the application as a way to show us what you know!

If you've applied for a position, the easiest way is to reply to the automated email you received with your question - this ensures any correspondence is attached to your application.
If you have not applied for a position and have a general question about the recruitment process, you can email hr@thegang.io. Please note that we keep all discussions regarding current applications within our application system to ensure a proper handling of your data, so we cannot answer certain questions via the HR email!
