About the position

As a Senior Producer, you will play a key role in starting up new projects and helping with live ops of our existing games. You will work closely with all the other disciplines and report directly to the upper management of the company. You will get the opportunity to work on our own established IPs as well as help create brand new IPs.

Starting date: Now, permanent contract after 6 months probationary period

Reporting to: Gustav Linde (Head of R&D)

Location: working 100% remote from home, with the option for hybrid/in-office work at our Lisbon office. Discord and Slack are your best friends.

Work time: Full time, company time zone CET

Responsibilities

As a Senior Producer, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of a game. We expect you to:

• Manage the release process and future updates

• Maintain a roadmap with milestones and report to stakeholders that we’re on track

• Help the team break down features into manageable tasks with clear estimates

• Understand all disciplines (art, design, code, sound) enough to know who to delegate tasks to and make sure the right people get relevant feedback

• Keep the vision of the game on track, it is your responsibility that the game has a soul and isn’t just a bunch of crossed off features implemented.

Who you are

We believe you as a person are someone that:

• Has been a part of a team that has released several games

• Worked with live ops of at least one title for a longer period of time

• Enjoy playing games and have a gut feeling of what makes a good and enjoyable experience as a player

• Is a team player and can communicate well with all disciplines of game development - You need to be able to put your vision of what the players should experience when playing the game into words for the team

• Must be based in Portugal or Sweden

• Strong English required
