WHAT WE OFFER
Fully remote work
As long as you're based in Portugal, Sweden, the UK, or Malaysia, you can work from anywhere.
Most projects are short, meaning you won’t get stuck on one project year after year.
Small tight teams
We work in small, cross-disciplinary teams and constantly learn from each other.
We have a personal education fund and structured career progression to ensure your personal development and career growth.
Yearly wellness allowance, mental health benefits, and a flex time policy to ensure a good work-life balance.
We make sure you always have what you need to do your job to the best of your ability.
When you submit your application, you should receive an automated response confirming we've received it. After we’ve reviewed all applications and made a final decision, we’ll be in touch about next steps. Bear with us as we are handling a lot of applications, so this could take a couple weeks. In the meantime, feel free to check out our website and LinkedIn page to learn more about our company culture and goals.
While the process varies, most roles involve a logic and personality test, 2-3 virtual interviews (1 with HR, 1 with the hiring manager, and 1 with a founder), and a reference check. We may invite you to take a work test depending on the role (e.g. if you’re a game artist, we may ask you to take an art test).
It might seem like we have a lot of steps in the process, but remember, it is just as important for you to interview us as it is for us to interview you. So please don’t be hesitant to ask all of your questions and we will do our best to answer them.
Don’t worry - we post new jobs every day. If you know which department you’d like to join, you can always connect to be the first to hear about new roles.
At The Gang, English is our company language. It's how we make sure everyone is included and on the same page, so nothing slips through the cracks. You'll be working in English, so think of the application as a way to show us what you know!
Not at this time.
If you've applied for a position, the easiest way is to reply to the automated email you received with your question - this ensures any correspondence is attached to your application.
If you have not applied for a position and have a general question about the recruitment process, you can email email@example.com. Please note that we keep all discussions regarding current applications within our application system to ensure a proper handling of your data, so we cannot answer certain questions via the HR email!
THE GANG AFTER DARK
Even though we work 100% online and are spread out across the countries we live in, we believe it's important to meet face-to-face when we can. We have two company kick-offs a year, a global summer conference and a winter regional conference, to really bring those Discord voices to life.
About The Gang
The Gang was founded by a serial entrepreneur team with background in AAA-gaming. We always strive to create an awesome digital experience. It doesn’t matter if we create games to entertain kids or if a client ask us for a collaboration to make their product look the best.
